Join CIWOT's Love the Earth Festival Team.

LET’S MAKE CYPRUS GREEN is an environmental organisation on a mission to raise awareness about the dangers and harm done to the planet by excessive waste, plastic usage, improper waste disposal, and other climate-related concerns.

In collaboration with the Limassol Municipality, LET'S MAKE CYPRUS GREEN  are organising the 2nd Love the Earth Festival.

This celebration is aimed at inspiring individuals and communities to come together to have a large impact by committing to earth-friendly acts (e.g. adopting sustainable practices, and celebrating the installation of a new water station at Molos seafront, a notable accomplishment of the Refill Cyprus campaign – a campaign that received the esteemed "Best Youth Initiative for Ocean Conservation" award from EU4Ocean. 

The festival will have various activities for children and adults, music, healthy food, giveaways and CIWOT have a stall where we will be running some fun activities for children. 

When:  The event runs on Sunday, May 12th, 2024 from 10:30 am - 4:30 pm for the public, though volunteers will need to arrive earlier, so indicative start and end times (for clearing away) are shown. The times may be changed nearer the time.
