In todays’ fast paced world it is very easy to get stuck in the ‘go – mode’. In the culture that highly values linear thinking, drive and constant action, a lot of women find themselves disconnected from deep fulfilment, pleasure, intuition and the invisible but vital mysteries that have been embraced and utilised by healers, mystics and artists since ancient times.

Health challenges, lack of deep fulfilment and pleasure, anxiety or depression and difficulty with igniting the creative fire are often results of disconnection from natural ways of living that are encoded in our wild souls.

During this workshop we will explore how the wild soul wants to communicate with us. She often speaks in language of metaphors and symbols. She also communicates with us through our bodies and through nature.

During the workshop we will have a chance to experience some easily applicable yet powerful ways of connecting with our bodies and listening to what the wise soul wants to tell us. We will also discuss practical ways in which we can embody more of the feminine energy on a daily basis. We’ll look at how we can align with natural cycles and harness their power.

The gifts of listening to the wild soul are countless. First and foremost, we can start to feel life in a new way. Our senses become awake and our capacity for pleasure increases. Our bodies become divine instruments for receiving inspiration and guidance, our creative lives start blossoming. We gain clarity about ways in which we want to bring our unique gifts to life. Intuition becomes our best ally and we often discover gifts we haven’t been aware of. Our health improves as stress level decreases. When the wild soul is truly welcome in our bodies, we unlock our power and confidence. The wise woman who lives in our soul knows what aspects of us need to die so we can be reborn stronger, happier, more fulfilled and shine brightly our unique light. The wild soul can see what we cannot see with the eyes of intellect and she guides us to where we need to go. This workshop is an invitation to listen and follow Her.

Karolina Gladych is a psychologist and a coach with 10+ years of practice. She works with individuals and groups from all walks of life. She offers one on one coaching, workshops, retreats and women circles. Her biggest passion is working with women who are ready to follow the path of their souls and express their unique gifts.

DIRECTIONS TO MYRISTIKO HERB GARDEN

from the Highway (Motorway) Limassol -Paphos

⇾Take the ΕΧΙΤ: KOLOSSI

⇾ Drive all the way down the long road until you reach the old road Limassol-Paphos. (Almost in the middle of this road, you will pass the ALPHA MEGA supermarket). At the end of the road you will have to make a stop. (On the opposite you will see MARNEROS JEWELRY & LYDIANA BAKERY)

⇾Turn to the left and continue driving (direction Limassol) until you see a big curve on the right (just before the petrol station)

⇾Turn to the right (direction Akrotiri)

⇾Drive until you see Kolossi Castle on your right-hand side.

⇾ Take the narrow road to the right so you will have the Castle in front of you and then turn again to the right to have the CASTLE on the left and THEO’S PLACE on the right.

⇾Just after you pass the Castle, there is an ARCH from the old aqueduct. Drive UNDER the ARCH and immediately turn to the RIGHT.

⇾ Drive having the stonewall of the aqueduct on your RIGHT.

You will pass some houses and a small church on your left and you will take the first road to the left: 1st APRILIOU STREET.

⇾ Drive until just BEFORE the end of 1st Apriliou str. and then TURN TO THE RIGHT to LORDOU VYRONOS STREET.

⇾ At the end of Lordou Vyronos str. you will see a big eucalyptus tree. Park your car and welcome to MYRISTIKO HERB GARDEN (in the right side of this road).
