We will be doing simple stretching exercises for your neck, shoulders and arms 🙆🙋💁
Deep yoga breathing and Kabalic nose breathing.
3 minutes meditation.
EVERYDAY 8am on Zoom - DATE 14th /31st January 2021
Please join Pamela and help to start your day being kind to yourself, gaining muscle release in your upper body whilst strengthening your core; bring consciousness to your breathing.
RESULTING in a feeling of well being and only 15 minutes each day!🕖

ALL YOU NEED is a comfortable chair. 💺
Your feet must touch the floor allowing your hips to feet make a 90 degree angle
Use a cushion if you wish, support your feet on books if necessary. 📚
You must not lean back on your chair or stool.
so possibly sitting on the edge of the chair
