Pies are so great for family gatherings, parties and celebrations because they can be made beforehand. In this ‘Pie Making 101’ class we will learn how to achieve delicious results.

Mary Allen Ellina has a passion for baking (and cooking in general) and her cakes and pastries are legend! Her repertoire stretches from the USA & Caribbean to Cyprus and beyond.

Mary will demonstrate her techniques to make pie dough for best results and she will show us how to fill a pie and present it.

We are licking our lips in anticipation to have her reveal some of her secrets!
