Cancellations will only be accepted up to 2pm on the Thursday 24th September due to hotel's requirements.  Any cancellations after this time Members will be asked to pay for catering.

All food is now served behind a plexiglass stand by staff, and food that can be picked up freely is pre-wrapped.

An  Attendance list will handed to the Hotel reception after the event for  contact tracing. This information is held for 3 months and then  destroyed
