Anny Zacharides is a Certified “ART for HEALING” facilitator in Greek & English; BSc. [Economics& Statistics];Potter & Art Educator guiding students through all medium in art and ceramics. 

WHAT is ART for HEALING? ART4HEALING is a unique method, a visual journey, a form of self -awareness and self -healing that uses the therapeutic power of creative expressive and colour. 

WHAT do we DO Through a variety of themed work-shops we give a voice and meaning to emotion using painting as a language of Communication. Participants leave happier with increased clarity and insight. I will guide you to explore the inner self and concepts that are sometimes difficult to express in words but can be done more readily by painting abstract with acrylic paint.  You DO NOT need any previous art experience or artistic talent ids required. I focus on the creative journey and the thoughts and feelings that arise through the artwork. The result is spontaneous and exciting whist the creative process is rewarding. 

ANGER This workshop is designed to assist participants communicate feelings about anger which everyone can feel, using colour to express those feelings: what makes you angry: how to express anger and how to respond to the negative long term consequences. Anger is often not expressed externally but remains as internal rumination. Anger usually emerges from interactions with people.
