Baby Leaves accompanied with roasted beets, chestnuts, citrus segments, walnuts and goat cheese mousse.

Main Course

Turkey Roulade 

Turkey Roulade stuffed with traditional stuffing, chestnut, sage

and sausage served with roasted root vegetables, potato puree and homemade gravy.

Dessert

Traditional Christmas pudding served with custard cream
