They say we all have a novel inside us - and this creative writing workshop may just unlock the key to finding your writing creativity.

Anna Maria Athanasiou lives here in Limassol and she wrote her first books, The Waiting for Summer novels in secret, firstly because she never thought she’d finish them and secondly, it was a completely new territory for her.

The huge success of these novels led her to write more and now she is on bestseller lists.   Anna-Maria will share with us her journey and she will give us pointers on how to enjoy the writing process and make a success of it to get published.

R-place is just 10 minutes drive from the Mesa Geitonia roundabout.

Directions:

From Mesa Geitonia roundabout in Limassol, take exit number 26  to Fasoula. It is approximately a 10 minute drive to reach the village. Once at the village, drive straight (passing by the large church on your left) until you reach the end of the road. R Place is the building to your right hand side on the corner, across the village square at the end of the road. Park on the street anywhere you find around the village square.

About the Author

Anna-Maria Athanasiou lives in Limassol, Cyprus with her husband, two sons, and six cats, and has a penchant for cake, tea, whisky, wine and a healthy obsession with shoes. Anna-Maria loves the fantasy land of romantic fiction, and is passionate about bringing her stories and characters to life.

Her books include: Waiting for Summer I & II La Casa d'Italia - For starters La Casa d'Italia - heavenly Fare La Casa d'Italia - Just Desserts Bought & Paid For Signed & Sealed, Waiting for Summer books one and two are the result of her small idea, and she finally had them published in September 2013 and June 2014. The love story and her characters, Sylvie and Nick, captured the hearts and enthusiasm of her readers, spurring Anna-Maria to carry on with her writing.

Anna-Maria has since been asked to collaborate with other authors on four charity anthologies and is an Inspirational Global Woman Nominee.

Her trilogy, La Casa d’Italia series, was published in 2017 and the first novel of The Blackthorn Series, Bought & Paid For, is now released.
