In this workshop you will discover how the flow of your hand as you write can bring flow into many areas of your life unleashing playfulness and inner joy.

Scribes and calligraphers, scribblers and doodlers and particularly  reluctant hand-writers are all welcome!

Tools

You will need:

• at least 20 sheets of blank A4 paper,
• a clipboard to hold your paper
• lots of brightly coloured felt pens and pencils

Barbara has acquired a wealth of knowledge during her long career of teaching children and adults with learning difficulties, especially dyslexia. She is also a practitioner of the Feldenkreis method, an exercise therapy that helps repair impaired connections between the motor cortex and the body (so benefiting the quality of body movement and improving wellbeing).
