Bundt Cake Baking with Mary Allen Ellina

Join us for a fun and informative baking session – followed by tea and cake!

Our very own ‘Master Baker’, Mary Allen Ellina, will show us a variety of techniques to ensure baking success. The joy of the Bundt cake is that the tin can do the heavy lifting when it comes to design - and can turn out a beautiful cake every time! But you can also improvise without a fancy tin and there are additional ways to embellish a Bundt cake to make it even more beautiful.

The demonstration and tea party will be in Pyrgos at the home of CIWOT Member, Christine (15 minutes east of Yermasogeia Roundabout, Limassol). You will be sent directions when you have registered.
