CIWOT 2025 – 2026

NOMINATION FORM FOR APPOINTMENT OF OFFICERS

• You can nominate yourself for a role which interests you - or you can nominate another CIWOT Member. You can enter your name, or another Members name more than once i.e., for several roles.

• You can only hold one role/position on the board at a time

• If nominating yourself for several roles please indicate your preferences by putting 1st, 2nd, 3rd etc.

• All nominees will be contacted by our Election Team before being announced to Members.

• All nominees are voluntary and have the right to accept or decline.

• The post will be from 1st July 2025 – 30th June 2026

• Nominees have the option for standing for 2 years, nominating team and Board to be advised in advance

On average around 1-2 hours a week is required to keep everything up to date. Occasionally it may require more than 1 or 2 hours if a big event is being organised, The CIWOT BOARD is a TEAM effort, and everyone works together to achieve the best events for our members. Training is offered to all Board members; you do not need prior experience to a member of the CIWOT board.
