Come celebrate with us the close of another successful CIWOT season at our ‘White and Gold Party” and Annual General Meeting.

You are kindly requested to join the AGM so that we can achieve a quorum and fulfil our obligations to the Municipality.  We will vote into office a new President, Vice President and Community Services Coordinator.  These formalities will be brief and then afterwards we will feast and make merry at our End of Year Banquet.   

The theme and dress code is “White and Gold”.

The Banquet is a potluck supper (which means you bring a dish for sharing).

Please arrive at 4 pm so that we can kick off soon after that and finish the AGM by 5pm.  

There will follow drinks and our celebration dinner.
