About the Event
Join us at Cyprus International Women of Today for our first Mental Wellness event - you'll learn powerful tips and techniques to manage stress and remain mentally fit even during 'covid times'.
4 highly trained, experienced specialists in Mental Wellness offer you 15 minutes of their skills and experience including some wonderful Tai Chi exercises to help with your overall wellness. During a final Q&A session for our panel we will open the floor to you.
Our presenters are Pamela Calver, Barbara Jones, Valencia Myint and Bonnie Chui. All CIWOT Members volunteering their time for this event.
