This is the time of year to look for delicious wild greens which grow in abundance all over Cyprus.  Herbalist, Miranda Tringis will guide us on a foraging walk. Jam-packed with nutrients, these wild greens not only feed but also heal the body and boost the immune system.

We will Identify the edible wild greens and learn how they benefit your health, and how to cook them in delicious recipes! Participation including a foraging tour, information on health benefits, recipes and tastings 10 euros 

Cyherbia is a beautiful Botanical Park & Labyrinth located near Larnaca (around I hour from Limassol). After our forage there will be ‘wild greens’ taster snacks to try and we can discuss the plants with Miranda.  We can have lunch at the park if we wish.

We will car share.  Meet at the Pyrgos Bakery at 10.00am.  (It’s next to the Esso garage & Coffee Island at the Pyrgos/Paraklesia A1 exit).   Bring sensible shoes for stomping around the fields.
