Empower is a multidimensional word including social, physical, spiritual, mental, political and psychological dimensions. Empower allows women transformational personal growth in decision-making, analysing critical situations, coping with all circumstances and facing challenges.

​The EMPOWERED consortium, including partners from Cyprus, Greece, Italy, Portugal, Romania, and Spain, through its Erasmus+ programme, has developed a wide range of resources for women to help them progress their careers and ​to grow their individual strengths.  Cyprus International Women of Today (CIWOT) is pleased to offer you access to these resources through an afternoon seminar,​ open to Members and non-members.​  

This seminar will be inspiring for any woman with aspirations.  You will gain access to ​ invaluable, free resources and, if you are a coach, mentor, teacher or trainer, you can integrate these into your offering.

​The presentation will be by Sotira Couvaras, Project Manager.  We will share tea, cake and purposeful discussion.
