EMPATHY to Self and Others as Living Love During the work-shop we will explore how moralistic judgements stay on the way to connecting with people. With awareness, knowledge and skills a path to trustful relationship[s] develop. We will focus on one of the basic concepts of N.V.C. Empathy . I aim to guide towards the first steps to Empathic listening to self and others as a way of manifesting Love and Non- Violence. We can be both playful and serious whilst practicing together.
